The academic and non-profit rate is available to:

• Registered non-profit organizations (501(c)(3) or equivalent)

To receive the academic discount all you need to do is sign up with the email from your educational institution. If you are an academic who signed up for Connect without using your academic email, please email connect-support@cloudresearch.com from your academic email and include the account email where you’d like the discount applied. If you are at a non-profit you can email connect-support@cloudresearch.com and let us know which organization you are with. Our team will then process your request.
